Marketing Field Manager
Description
Regional Marketing Manager
Wild Fork is a rapidly growing omnichannel retail (bricks and mortar, ecommerce, home delivery) business in need of a strong marketer who is passionate about driving a business and building brands through Traditional Media, Digital Media, social media, Community Engagement, Field Events, and Grassroots marketing efforts. We currently sell through our ecommerce channel throughout the United States, operate 38 stores across multiple cities, and plan to keep growing throughout the United States. This role will be based out of Chicago covering Chicagoland and Milwaukee with further opportunity as the region grows.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the Wild Fork regional marketing efforts designed to drive traffic to the stores in the region and the local ecommerce home delivery business. Because this is a relatively new position, you will start by crafting a strategy & plan of attack for the region, partnering with the Marketing Team, Market Leader, and Store Leaders. This is an exciting role for someone who likes to create a program from scratch, test and learn, and make things happen, with a focus on delivering strong ROI within the allocated budget.
We work in a fast-paced, retail business where we plan many months ahead but often need to make quick adjustments to our plans based on sales results or opportunities in the marketplace. The ideal person likes to be organized and work ahead but is flexible enough to adjust as required. We are focused on building a best-in-class, nationally known brand, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal. This role is perfect for the person looking to make a big impact on a soon to be household name brand.
