Are you passionate about driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) industry? Join our team as a Program Manager, leading complex development efforts and ensuring successful delivery of cutting-edge UAS solutions to our customers.
As a Program Manager, you will take ownership of key customer-focused initiatives—overseeing every phase from initial proposal and system design to manufacturing, delivery, and support. You’ll work across departments to ensure each program (a coordinated group of related projects and tasks) meets performance, timeline, and budget targets, while keeping the customer experience at the center of every decision.
 
Responsibilities:
Program Execution
  • Manage the full lifecycle of programs, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Oversee internal R&D initiatives, driving innovation and meeting project milestones.
Customer and Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on progress, risks, and performance.
  • Address customer field issues, including field repairs and technical support, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to achieve program objectives.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Risk, Performance, and Financial Management
  • Identify and mitigate risks, conduct root cause analyses, and resolve field issues collaboratively.
  • Monitor and report program performance metrics, providing updates on status, challenges, and milestones.
  • Manage budgets and P&Ls, ensuring financial goals are met and adjustments align with objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years in program or project management, preferably in aerospace, or UAV industries.
  • Familiarity with New Product Development processes and staged design milestones (e.g., PDR, CDR).
  • PMP certification or equivalent would be advantage.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to go on business trips when necessary.
  • Fluent Latvian and English.
