RedWire Defense Tech Riga is seeking a Production technician to join the Engine Assembly Department. The role involves engine assembly, documentation handling, and close collaboration with engineers to ensure high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble engines and components according to technical documentation and drawings, performing initial quality checks
Inspect and test assembled parts; report defects or inconsistencies to the lead technician
Collaborate with engineers to maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation
Record completed work in the ERP Monitor system and ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available for uninterrupted workflow
Follow safety procedures, internal processes, and supervisor instructions; organize and store completed parts and documentation properly.
Requirements:
Secondary education; technical education preferred
Knowledge and experience working with engines is an advantage
Ability to read technical drawings
Experience using hand tools
High level of precision, attention to detail, and patience
Good command of Latvian
English language skills are preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: EUR 10.00 gross per hour
