Location: Riga, Latvia (On-site)

Redwire Defense Tech Riga is seeking a talented Electronic Engineer to support the development of innovative electronic systems for demanding and high-reliability applications. 
Key Responsibilities:
Design and development of digital, analog, and low-voltage power circuits
Creation of schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
Component selection and evaluation
Perform circuit simulations using LTSpice or similar tools
Apply EMC, DFM, and DFT design principles
Testing, debugging, and validation using measurement and soldering equipment
Collaboration in a cross-functional team with Electronics, Firmware, and Mechanical Engineers
Participation in system design and integration.
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in electronic hardware design
Strong experience in digital, analog, and power electronics design
Experience with schematic capture and PCB design (Altium Designer)
Knowledge of EMC/DFM/DFT design practices
Hands-on experience with electronic measurement equipment and soldering
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in electronics development in at least one of the following areas: automotive, industrial, aerospace, space, or medical
Experience with low-voltage power supply design up to 230 VAC
Experience in Battery Management System (BMS) design
Experience with complete system design and development.
