Description
PRODUCTION PLANNER
We are looking for a Production Planning Specialist to support manufacturing operations, ensure production plans are met, and help maintain quality, safety, and efficiency across production areas.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage production plans to meet customer and R&D deadlines.
- Assign tasks and monitor production progress.
- Adjust plans in case of delays or non-standard situations.
- Monitor material and equipment procurement.
- Support and monitor production processes and work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and safety rules.
- Support investigation and resolution of non-conformities and defects.
- Lead or participate in MRB meetings when required.
- Maintain and update production processes and documentation.
- Support ERP system administration and updates.
Qualifications:
- Secondary vocational education, preferably first-level higher education.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good working knowledge of Excel (planning, tracking, basic analysis).
- Analytical with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized, structured and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Dynamics 365 and MonitorERP.
- Fluency in Latvian and English is required.
