Conair Corporation, a worldwide manufacturer of haircare, health and beauty products, personal care and spa appliances, and upscale kitchen products is looking for a Regional Account Manager in the Mid-West, Chicago territory to join our Personal Care Appliances Division.

Responsibilities include:

Account Management for Regional Accounts in the Mid-West Chicago territory.

Meets or exceeds assigned sales forecast objectives.

Manges coop/markdown funding to meet or exceed sales forecast achievement while staying within budget and policy guidelines.

Develops customer business plans to deliver both short term and long term goals, sell in/through success and profitability.

Negotiates business plans at customer business planning sessions that achieve business unit's short and long-term volume and profit goals while conforming to the profitability guidelines of Conair Corporation.

Manages program funding within budget guidelines.

Takes into account the profit and volume implications of various alternatives to both Conair and our customer.

Works closely with product management teams to develop strategies and programs at customer level.

Qualifications:

Excel Proficient

Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Applications

Experience working with Costco & Amazon a plus

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Industry experience a plus

Must have strong communications skills both oral and written

Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

Must be able to work from a home office environment.
