  • Update and maintain our online product catalog across various platforms including product pricing, discontinuing products, adding products to product registration database, etc. 
  • Assist with product inventory management to support DTC channel, this includes overseeing the Google Merchant Center Feed
  • Assist with product sell sheets for new and updated products.
  • Assist with creative approval process and new campaign setup for both brand and retailer campaigns: Amazon, Target, Walmart, Kohls, etc. 
  • Assist in the management of digital media (search, social, programmatic display and video) and email marketing campaigns by closely coordinating with internal teams and external agency partner
  • Gather and facilitate information needed to drive our affiliate marketing program, including collecting assets for onboarding new affiliate partners, submitting ecomm sales update and transaction reversal reports, etc.
  • Setup and maintain promo codes for website/digital marketing pushes.
  • Assist with daily / weekly / monthly digital and ecommerce reporting.
  • Track digital budget/media spend across all channels, including forecasting, invoicing, accruals, and coding for billing purposes.    
  • Work across internal and external teams, including multiple agency partners and vendors. 
  • Admin work as needed. 
Essential Qualifications:  
  • At least 1-year of Digital Marketing and/or Ecommerce experience.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
  • Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in an ever changing fast paced environment.
Environmental Factors: 
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business.
  • We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; 3 days work in the office; 2 days work from home.
