Summary:  
  
The Sales Coordinator supports the National Account Sales Manager in all administrative efforts across the business.   
  
Responsibilities:   
  • Review weekly orders and verify all item codes, pricing and pre-pack specifications.
  • Review customer's monthly EDI forecast reports and consolidate for Sales Manager's to upload to APO/IBP. Check inventory levels in SAP.
  • Support customer meeting preparation- samples, power point, sales reports etc.
  • Assist in solving shipping issues, payment issues.
  • Work closely with order management to monitor the status of pending orders for customers and communicate any important delays, push to maximize monthly.
  • Process customer returns and execute internal process for approval.
  • Update customer websites as marketing assets become available and new items are launched.
  • Maintain customer internal price lists to reflect current item specs and packaging
Essential Qualifications:   
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or supporting role, preferably within personal care, beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Sound analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organized and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong computer skills-proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; SAP knowledge.
  • Experience with driving alignment, collaboration, and deadlines across large cross-functional teams.
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
Beneficial Qualifications:   
  • Experience in the Personal Care, Health Care, Beauty or Consumer Goods industry is a plus.
Environmental Factors:  
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)
  • We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; 3 days work in the office, 2 days work from home.
