Position Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Personal Care Division to help keep us growing!  This position is a heavy marketing administrative role and will assist with the everyday management of the division.


*Manage all administrative responsibilities for the Marketing team. 
*Assist with Travel arrangements and expense reports for senior Marketers. 
*Coordinate materials for customer meetings and retailer/trade shows. 
*Assist Brand Team with influencer mailings and monitor review sampling programs. 
*Coordinate communication and materials with PR agency and their related activities. 
*Prepare reporting for Marketing and communication with Asia as needed. 
*Maintain availability of samples of key items for the division and manage mailings as needed
*Liaison with Customer Service for troubleshooting customer complaints.

Essential Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management, marketing, or related field.
*Advanced computer skills required inclusive of MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint. 
*SAP knowledge a plus.
*Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills required.
*Ability to work collaboratively across functions, work independently and take initiative when    
*Excellent multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills a must.
*Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Environmental Factors:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)
  • Must be Covid-19 vaccinated.
  • We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 50% of time.
