Job Description Overview:

A sales Product Manager at ASUS in our OPBG department will be responsible to present, promote and develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as to maintain relationship with new and existing customers. This position requires to collaborate with marketing and sales departments and interact with customers directly to sell server products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research analysis to assess potential sales
  • Builds business and maintain customer relationships
  • Develop and evaluate promotional plans to be in align with product line and market strategy
  • Customers visiting to solicit feedback on products and potential opportunities
  • Perform day-to-day operations including inventory management, analysis reports, features and specifications to answer
  • Perform other job duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

Years of Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Information system

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience on Server platforms with proven track record of sales on top Service Providers, Enterprise customers and System Integrators
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding for servers, storage, enterprise application and commercial related server industry

Knowledge and Skills

  • Detailed oriented organization skills to manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Sales-pitch presentation
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skill to able to communicate effectively on pre-sales engineering discussions, oral communication and solid presentation skills
  • Demonstrate ability and able to complete RFI’s, RFP’s and RFQ’s
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


Working Conditions

  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
  • Up to 30% travel by request
$90,000 - $110,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in City of Industry, California office. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, & 401(k). The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
