 Job Description Overview:   

The Inside Sales responsibilities includes generating reports, provide data analysis, consolidate shipment information, product allocation and process purchase orders.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Handle the needs of sales representatives and North American customer accounts.
  • Check on customer orders, prices, and process.
  • Handle customer issues, inquiries, and returns.
  • Generate and prepare weekly customer allocation reports.
  • Monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as accounting, logistics, and marketing.
  • Process sales credit and/or sales order adjustments.
  • Setup new customer addresses for shipping
  • Provide weekly backorder list for planning.
  • Attend customer and sales meetings weekly as planned.
  • Other various tasks assigned by the manager.

   

Required Qualifications:   

Years of Education   

  • Associate Arts/Science degree (AA/AS) or Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)

Work Experience  

  • 3+ years of sales, customer service experience with Bachelor’s degree, OR
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience with Associate Arts/Science degree.

   

Knowledge and Skills   

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Works well independently and with cross-functional teams.

   

   

Working Conditions:  

  • Requires sitting, using computer keyboards for extended periods of time.

  

$66,560 - $75,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
