Description

As an important part of the product flow at ASUS, the Logistics Coordinator works with logistics colleagues to gather internal and external data for inbound and outbound shipments of ASUS products.  The Logistics Coordinator will be the point person for sales return operations. This includes validating service cost for sales return items, managing inbound shipment activities and being the liaison between sales teams and freight vendors for local delivery.             

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports and coordinate inbound shipments
  • Monitor entire sales return related process from origin to destination
  • Maintain and provide daily return overview report
  • Manage sales return flow, provide overview reports, and validate service costs for inspection sales return items
  • Create daily receiving report for air or ocean inbound shipments
  • Analyze shipment information and conduct research on any inventory discrepancies
  • Assist and back up Authorized Service Provider team members

Required Qualifications:

Years of Education

  • Degree in Business or related field

Work Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics
  • Experience working with 3PL companies

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Possess positive team-work attitude and be open-minded to opportunities to improve
  • Be able to work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in consumer technology products and markets
  • Experience in tech industry
