YOUR CHALLENGE:
In a decentralised office, you will manage our office environment across three locations. Together with your team colleagues, you will ensure scalable and stable services at all times and optimised working between all locations. As a driver of innovation, you are very familiar with the latest state-of-the-art technologies and know how to provide an office infrastructure for an agile, dynamic company. We are looking for you immediately for our location in Constance directly on Lake Constance or in the heart of Munich. Your role will focus on the following:
- You will ensure the operation and optimisation of our office environment, which is based on Windows and Mac clients
- You are responsible for the operation of the network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, WLAN)
- You support the helpdesk in 1st and 2nd level support
- You optimise all operational processes using methods from the agile/lean environment and define implementation concepts for the further expansion of our IT environment
- You will also be responsible for the procurement and purchasing of IT hardware
YOUR POTENTIAL:
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of medium-sized office environments (50-100 workstations)
- Very good knowledge in the support of operating systems for servers and clients under Windows
- Good knowledge of common network technologies (TCP/IP, router, switch)
- Experience in dealing with products from the Office 365 Cloud (Azure AD, Teams, Exchange Online)
- Knowledge of working with Mac clients is an advantage
- Ideally experience in dealing with services for remote work (telecommunications, video conferencing)
- High level of conscientiousness and reliability in the implementation of projects and a pronounced service provider mentality
