The Campaign Program Manager drives seamless delivery for cross-channel creative campaigns and other project deliverables by providing support to client teams and cross-department resources. CPMs also serve as Operations ambassadors for internal teams.  CPMs examine and refine processes and workflows to maximize creative resource capacity and ensure projects are successfully completed on time and within scope.

  • Interface with cross-departmental contacts to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Serve as a champion and advocate of agency process and workflow
  • Partner directly with creative and client engagement teams on a daily basis
  • Secure, allocate and shift resources as needed, working directly with the Office of Resource Management
  • Support ongoing maintenance of talent resourcing platform
  • Continuously develop expertise in all internal systems and tools. Support and train other team members to take full advantage of our platforms
  • Consolidate and streamline repeatable tasks to develop process efficiencies
  • Own and lead internal status meetings
  • Maintain internal status reports and provide input for client status
  • Build, share, drive and maintain timelines for all creative campaign deliverables
  • Generate job numbers, open POs and create basic reports from financial and resourcing systems
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing or relevant field preferred
  • At least three years of relevant experience


  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinking with an eye for process
  • Effective working with all levels of management
  • Deep understanding of the creative process
  • Exhibits a thorough knowledge of agency policy and procedures
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills are required
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines with a sharp focus on detail
