Where you shine
The Senior Operations Manager provides support necessary for client teams and fellow employees to report and successfully track and complete internal and client deliverables. They also provide a deep level of analysis, which enables client teams to make more educated decisions.
What your success will look like
- Generate job numbers and grant appropriate access within SAP
- Create SAP and status reports
- Support ongoing RAFT maintenance
- Consolidate and streamline repeatable tasks to develop process efficiencies
- Continuously develop expertise in all internal systems
- Break down complex sets of data into relevant insights for client teams
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Who you are and what you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years relevant experience in advertising or marketing
- Advanced understanding of internal systems and Business Intelligence Software. i.e Tableau, Power BI
