Project Manager (4 month contract)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be comfortable working on projects for a major client in the tobacco, nicotine and vaping category.Â

- Be positive, friendly and energetic - a real people person.ÂProject Management Responsibilities:
- Create and protect internal processes and procedures throughout any given project (responding to emails, uploading files, checking artwork, writing briefs, estimates and timelines).
- Create a viable plan/pathway for projects through the studio and stay hyper-connected to all departments to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Stay aware of all client activities/projects and partners with the Account Service team to meet deliverables.
- Assists in writing client briefs and generating timelines.
- Organize external materials and/or suppliers when necessary
- Records meeting notes and prepares/distribute accordingly
- Participates in internal meetings, brainstorming sessions and design briefings and reviews whenever required.
- Works with AM in managing production/creative deadlines.
- Assist with generating estimates, informing invoicing, create purchase orders, etc
- Gather and assemble background information and analysis on new clients and brands.
- Ensure all projects proceed according to plan and deadlines
- Ensure all work completes the approval process before presented to client or given to suppliers.
- Manage the uploading process of files to clients and ensure all approvals and checks are complete.
- Help to manage relationships and be the key point of contact with suppliers.
- Assist with the resourcing and scheduling across project workstreams alongside operations team and account leadership.
