We’re Hiring for a Scheduler Supervisor in Denver, CO!

Responsibilities:   
  • Manage, evaluate, train, hire, and discipline staff for the both departments/teams
  • Schedule and manage staff to meet performance objectives and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and incentives
  • Learn scheduling and verification procedures to develop expertise in both processes in order to coach and direct staff
  • Research and respond to customer complaints and commendations as required under contract maintaining a minimal level of complaints; includes the ability to communicate with customers to resolve or address issues as needed as directed by management.
  • Track and manage employee attendance including benefit time use
  • Represent the department to the RTD, customer, and contractors as needed; participate in the management team as a contributing member
  • Review, analyze operational procedures and manage for process productivity and accuracy and coordinate changes with management.
 
Requirements:  
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills. 
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience or familiarity with paratransit services and basic requirements
  • Experience with software used for paratransit operations or similar experience
