Document Custodian (Accounting Related Documents)
Description
*JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for filing and organizing of documents.
- Filing and organizing of Finance and Accounting documents.
- Coordinates with General Services & Admin and Human Resources Management groups on filing, archiving, and disposal of documents.
- Coordinates with Human Resource, Finance and Admin Document Custodian on the implementation of Quality Management.
- Coordinates with IT Management Department.
- Ensures proper and organized filing of all the documents in the warehouse.
- Coordinates with Bureau of Internal Revenue on rules or issuances pertaining to back-up of hardcopy and softcopy files and ensures compliance thereto.
- Having an experience in document handling is an advantage.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications.
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Business related course
- Associate Degree/ Diploma/ Two-year courses graduates are welcome to apply
