The Manager, IT Ops Process and Metrics will be chief technical designer for ServiceNow code and architecture, responsible for overall ServiceNow code quality and execution. Work with IT leadership to develop workflows, automate processes, and generate metrics. In collaboration with SiriusPoint functional leaders, identify new opportunities to increase efficiency, improve internal user satisfaction, or increase compliance through the implementation of workflows or automation in ServiceNow.

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Collaborate with data team to produce real-time dashboards of relevant metrics for the management of IT Operations and for transparency and reporting to our key stakeholders.
  • Develop custom integration components (SSO, CMDB, SAS connectors etc.) and integrate legacy systems with ServiceNow using mid-server, web services, email and other relevant technologies.
  • Provide administrative ServiceNow support, including advanced troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis.
  • Act as Primary point of contact for all change management and Change Control policy/process/procedures documentation in Service Now system.
  • Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled job, import sets and transform maps, ACLs and notifications.
  • Stay current in ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, tools and technology and continuously identify opportunities for improvement through the deployment of new capabilities and the enhancement of existing capabilities.
  • Manage ServiceNow vendors and partners as necessary to ensure effective delivery, manage costs and contribute to the annual financial planning process.

Your skills and abilities should include:  

  • Education Requirement:  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, or related (foreign equivalent acceptable).
  • Experience Requirements:  Sixty (60) months as Software Developer, Applications; IT Analyst; or related within the technology industry.
  • Other Special Skills or Requirements: Experience must include: enterprise implementation of “ServiceNow" platform such as: designing, customization, enhancing, workflow configuration, integrating and supporting of Service­Now suite of products such as: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management & Interaction and CMDB as well as cloud-based platform for automating II management workflows, IT Service Management, IT ops management, IT business management. Experience must also include ServiceNow platform using Java, Tomcat, and Linus. Experience must also include the customization of Indicent, Problem and Change management screens using Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, business rules and enterprise implementation of ServiceNow platform. 10% of domestic and international travel required.


SALARY:  The base salary is $262,621.00 per year.
