The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD professional to support and enhance sales and distribution processes within a complex business environment. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering SAP SD solutions aligned with business requirements, with a strong focus on fuel and lubricant sales operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and system integration.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP SD solutions including organizational structure, pricing procedures, billing, output determination, and credit management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
- Develop detailed functional specifications (FS) for technical development teams.
- Manage and coordinate RICEFW object development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support integrations between SAP SD and external systems using IDocs, APIs, and middleware.
- Perform unit testing and support end-to-end testing to ensure solution quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD system and process issues.
- Support fuel and lubricant sales processes including retail and bulk sales operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional technical and functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- SAP certification in Sales & Distribution (SD) is considered an asset.
Requirements:
- Strong SAP SD configuration experience including pricing, billing, credit management, and output determination.
- Experience with SAP integrations using IDocs, APIs, and middleware.
- Knowledge of fuel and lubricant sales processes including retail and bulk sales.
- Experience writing functional specifications (FS) and managing RICEFW deliverables.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Oil and Gas preferred.
