Purpose: | To ensure the integrity and reliability of the stock/inventory module within the company for all Airports and associated marine terminals across the region where Avgas and Jet sales are in scope. To ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock movement, receipts, adjustments, and physical balances across all SOL AVIATION locations. To monitor on a daily basis the cost of sales of in tank fuel being used To monitor daily the performance of any engaged fuel risk management programs To support Aviation Technical Managers (ATM) in operational performance matters (i.e. Budget execution, Opex, Capex, Airport profiles).

Principal Accountabilities: | Stock Control & Monitoring: • Ensure that all inventory movements are authorized and properly recorded • Monitor and liaise with markets on the timeliness and accuracy of daily inputting of physical dips into all data management systems • Review stock discrepancies daily and follow up with markets on the timely resolution of extraordinary variances • Monitor the timeliness of the monthly variance posting • Input movements, purchase orders, receipts and adjustments into GP as may be required • Ensure the accurate inputting of stock movement data from non-Sol managed locations e.g. Joint Operations (JO) into GP system • Manage the monthly fuel requests for Antigua • Maintain records of third party lifting and reconcile as required by operating procedures • Ensures inventory is held at acceptable levels and stock-out dates (SOD) are accurately forecasted on the stock advice sent three times per week to the relevant parties (i.e Ops, Sales, Supply) • Liaise with the Supply Department to obtain the schedule and BL documentation of all jet fuel cargoes/vessels involved • Share monthly forecasts sent by the Sales team • Send weekly sales forecasts to the marine terminal operations team • Ensure ISO Tank supplied locations are properly managed from scheduling, to ordering, and to final receipt and related payments. • Assist in supplier relationship management • Develop and maintain tools pertinent to manage stock costs and layers of costs in support of BL Pricing methodology • Coordinate and manage the yearend auditing process in all aviation locations Financial/Business Monitoring & Compliance Assurance • Confirm accuracy and ensure timely payment of product supplier invoices in Non-operated JOs • Provide trend analysis on fuel acquisition cost (cost of sales) by location • Assist when required with providing fuel unit inputs on annual budget • Assist when required with the analysis of business cases for new market entries (NME) • Monitor and evaluate when required the Supply and Distribution economics associated with Sol Aviation operations • Ensure that internal stock control systems, policies and procedures are functioning to the highest standard and are being adhered to. • Retain all electronic/hardcopy stock records to ensure proper audit trail Operations Analysis: • Support ATMs in operational performance matters (i.e. Budget execution, Opex, Capex) • Create and update monthly Aviation reports as follows: • ADR Returns Report • HSE Reports • Training Reports (ACE Monitoring) • Forecast vs Sales Report • Market Share Report • Airport Monthly Performance Report (Airport Profiles) • Create reports and presentations of aviation data as required • Management of the execution aspects of all Sol Aviation projects interacting with the Engineer to monitor status of investment projects from appropriation requests to and closeout. • Assist in designing and implementation of programs for equipment maintenance and asset optimization. • Participate and support projects (i.e. new market entries, Power BI), as the job requires on an ongoing basis.

Qualification Requirements: | A University degree in Engineering, Finance, Statistics or Business Administration. Fluent in English. Ability to speak Spanish and or French would be an asset.

Competency Requirements: | Sound Understanding of inventory and margin management. Computer literate, with reasonable skills in the collection, interpretation and presentation of data – incorporating presentations and other documents. • Demonstrated skills and ability work to tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent projects and activities. • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Ability to work (on occasion) within an operational terminal environment for the purposes of validating jet fuel inventory in tank(s). This could entail the climbing of tanks to witness dipping procedures. • Judgment/Decision-Making - Logical analytical approach to solving problems using sound judgment and decision-making methodologies. • Customer Orientation – Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence others to reach agreement. • Technical Awareness – Advanced computer skills, including ability to design and operate common database software, spreadsheet, and project management applications and to define and extract management information for logistics support. • Communication – Proven communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills, formulating positions on issues, articulating options concisely conveying maximum necessary information, making, and defending recommendations. Other Information: | The position will be based in Barbados. Occasional travel throughout the region is a requirement. •In addition to basic salary the successful applicant shall receive applicable job grade allowances and benefits.
