Role Description
The Associate, New Patient Engagement will be part of an immersive Associate development experience across the Oak Street Health corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL, that helps build critical skills like problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.
The Associate will work closely with the Growth and Population Health teams at Oak Street to drive key initiatives related to supporting the new patient journey at Oak Street Health - from when a patient first learns about Oak Street, to their first visit with an Oak Street care team, through the patient’s choice to become an Oaky patient for life! This role will consist of small and large group training, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity for quick career progression and collaboration across many business functions.
The Associate will be responsible for driving outcomes, managing relationships, and creating insights to improve both strategic and operational workflows on the New Patient Engagement team.
Core Responsibilities
Drive strategic analyses, develop data-driven insights & own reporting
Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making related to new patient engagement
Build and pull reports on performance metrics related to new patient engagement
Complete analyses to identify areas of progress and opportunity
Communicate insights with local leaders and organizational leaders
Drive new patient growth at Oak Street through Growth and Population Health team processes & programming
Partner with corporate and regional leaders to ensure new patients go through a seamless, delightful onboarding experience
Collaborate with teams such as Managed Care Operations, Outreach, Data, and Canopy to optimize processes and workflows
Work with New Patient Engagement leadership to identify areas for continuous improvement
Project Management & Programmatic Ownership
Project manager for scope of ongoing initiatives and activities
Creation of metrics and reports to monitor success and identify opportunities for improvement across New Patient Engagement
Other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
High level of organization and detail orientation
Experience collaborating on projects across multiple departments
Proficient with Microsoft Excel or other standard analysis tools (SQL, Alteryx, etc.)
Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving ability
Ability to navigate leadership and operational complexities
Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high quality work product
Quick learner comfortable with ambiguity
Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables
Collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally
Bachelor’s degree required
US work authorization
