Role Description:

The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for aiding the IT Project Managers and various IT teams. As an IT Project Coordinator you will be responsible for working closely with senior staff and team members to provide key administrative support and project coordination when implementing IT operations, change management, and security initiatives. The IT Project Coordinator will work closely with the IT Project Managers on projects that span across multiple departments to help manage the coordination of deliverables, processes, and tasks across the enterprise and with key OSH partners.

Core Responsibilities:
 

Project Coordination & Management

  • Assist the IT Project Manager in the coordination of multiple IT projects 

  • Build, update, and maintain project plans to track the progress of various deliverables and completion of tasks 

  • Create, organize, and distribute project materials, including presentations decks, meeting notes, process charts, dashboards and status reports as required 

  • Collaborate with relevant department stakeholders to obtain information needed for various projects and ensure all documentation is maintained and completed

Administrative Tasks

  • Work with IT team members to monitor, track reconcile and document assets, inventory, and equipment 

  • Collaborate with key IT stakeholders & staff to develop and improve the IT change management process

  • Communicate and interact effectively at various levels of the organization, including senior leadership, business stakeholders and technical subject matter experts

  • Additional responsibilities may include scheduling, organizing and attending meetings, supporting management in overall operational objectives and assisting in various administrative tasks  

  • Support IT Senior leadership members as requested 

  • Other duties, as assigned 

What are we looking for?

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree prefered, but not required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a project administrator or in similar management role 

  • On a Project Management certification track (CAPM, PMP, Project+) or related technical certification track

  • Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Productivity Suites (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc…)

  • Extremely organized and focused 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Deadline driven 

  • US work authorization
