Summary:
 
Researches, compiles, analyzes, and reports issues which create barriers to ambulatory access and patient flow. Collaborates with health system managers, clinical and operational leadership and physicians to achieve key performance indicators and business objectives related to access, capacity and template management.
Responsibilities:
 
1. Analyzes historic and current capacity within physician schedules to identify optimization opportunities. 
2. Communicates analytical results to Capacity Management team and the service line.
3. Establishes recommendations to suggest to the service line and communicates results and recommendations effectively.
4. Designs reports for use by internal and external stakeholders.
5. Prepares complex data and statistical reports in a readable format for use by leadership, clients and stakeholder as it relates to template utilization and capacity management. 
6. Collaborates with management and IT staff to support defined business requirements. 
7. Analyzes data and prepares data trend reports.
8. Maintains consistency and integrity of data collection and storage.
9. Performs related duties, as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Basic Sciences or related field, required. 
·Minimum of two (2) years progressively responsible related work experience, including data analysis, knowledge of research methods, basic statistics, business intelligence applications, and data analysis, required.
·Healthcare administration experience, required.
·Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, required.
·Proficiency in data analysis and quantification including interpreting statistical data to identify trends and exceptions, required.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, required.
