Global Practice Enablement Coordinator
- Facilitate learner support and manage training operations to maintain a high-quality training experience for global Services offerings.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to support training delivery, including enrolling learners and tracking training completions.
- Coordinate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, virtual webinars, and ensure smooth execution of training logistics.
- Oversee certification management for Nutanix Certified Services (NCS) program including maintaining standards and updating requirements.
- Support agile delivery by managing Jira boards, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and keeping roadmaps updated to flag blockers.
- Assist in developing enablement strategies and content to ensure programs are measurable and consistent across services.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to enhance training initiatives.
- Achieve measurable improvements in training efficiency and learner satisfaction by the end of the first year.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in services enablement, technical training operations, or professional services delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) coordination.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for agile project management.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk for learner inquiries and support.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Experience in content creation and maintenance aligned with learning and enablement initiatives.
