Program Manager, WW Revenue Operations
Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives across Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Enablement, and Technology. This role is focused on driving alignment, clarity, and execution across high-impact programs that require strong stakeholder management, disciplined delivery, and clear communication.
This is not a task-based project management role. Success is defined by outcomes, alignment, and sustained program health across multiple workstreams.
About the Team
The Program Manager role will be part of the Sales and Operations team located in Belgrade, Serbia. This team is dedicated to advancing Nutanix's mission by ensuring operational excellence and alignment across various departments. The culture within the team is collaborative and innovative, encouraging team members to work together to drive revenue operations and improve program performance. The focus is on creating new and efficient processes that enhance the overall functionality and success of the organization.
You will report to the Program Manager, who leads with a hands-on approach, fostering an environment of open communication and empowerment. The manager values collaboration and encourages team members to share their ideas, ensuring that everyone feels included in the decision-making process. The work setup for this role is primarily remote, with no specific requirement for in-office attendance, allowing for flexibility in working arrangements based on the team's needs.
This role does not require any travel, as the hiring manager indicated that the candidate will be working remotely and there will be no need for them to go into the office regularly.
Your Role
• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs spanning Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, Comp, Enablement, and IT
• Translate leadership objectives into structured programs with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points
• Establish and run governance structures including intake, prioritization, decision forums, and escalation paths
• Drive stakeholder alignment across senior leaders, contributors, and external partners with differing priorities and incentives
• Manage program communications including executive readouts, field-facing updates, timelines, and single-source-of-truth artifacts
• Proactively identify risks, conflicts, and bottlenecks, and drive resolution through data, influence, and escalation
• Ensure programs are delivered in compliance with operational, legal, financial, and security constraints
• Build repeatable frameworks, templates, and operating rhythms to improve how programs are planned and executed
• Track and report on program health, progress, and outcomes, not just activity
What You Will Bring

• 6+ years of experience in program or project management within complex, cross-functional environments
• Demonstrated ownership of large-scale, high-visibility initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong experience working across Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or Technology organizations

• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of seniority, including executive-facing communication
• Experience designing and operating governance, prioritization, and decision-making frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
• Financial and operational acumen sufficient to engage credibly with Finance, Legal, and Compliance partners
• Experience working in global or distributed teams preferred
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting compensation, incentives, or sales planning programs
• Background in technology, IT solution management, or systems-driven organizations
• Exposure to PMO design, portfolio management, or operating model development
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or third-party platforms
