About the Team
You will be part of the Cloud Transformation team at Nutanix, which covers a territory in the East. The team culture emphasizes ownership, personal responsibility, and collaboration, ensuring that all members support one another while focusing on achieving long-term success. The mission of the Cloud Transformation team is to drive customer success through innovative cloud solutions and effective transformations in their technology environments.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Cloud Transformation, who fosters a leadership style centered on empowerment and open communication. The role is primarily remote, providing flexibility for a healthy work-life balance while ensuring effective client engagement. While the position is predominantly remote, occasional office visits may be necessary for team collaborations or meetings, subject to business needs.
This role entails approximately 25% travel, allowing you to meet diverse clients and partners across your territory and the Americas. This travel provides exciting opportunities to expand your professional network and enhance your skill set while directly contributing to customer success.
Your Role
- Act as a technical resource and product evangelist, effectively communicating cloud solutions to customers and managing their expectations.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Systems Engineers to build and enhance relationships with key accounts.
- Lead project management efforts, including developing detailed action plans and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate flawless execution of proof of concepts and ensure proper hardware setup within datacenters.
- Gather regional team feedback on product roadmaps to inform strategic direction and alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and monitor a KPI framework to measure customer satisfaction and engagement to enhance service delivery.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to improve customer interactions and support workflow efficiency.
- Participate in local and regional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align team efforts with the overall business strategy.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with agile adaptation to market demands.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and solution strategy communication.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects with detailed action plan execution.
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization and/or enterprise applications.
- Ability to travel 25% for client meetings and collaborations.
Work Arrangement
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 225,600 and USD $ 338,400 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
