The Opportunity
Nutanix is rapidly scaling, and we are seeking a highly skilled, data‑driven, and operationally minded professional to directly support the Americas Revenue Operations Leader, while also contributing to our global channel data and operations initiatives. This role merges key responsibilities across Global Data Management, Americas Channel Revenue Operations, and Channel Sales Operations—combining strategic influence with hands‑on execution. Your Role
In this role, you will support the Americas Revenue Operations Leader while partnering across Sales, RevOps, Finance, BI, and Channel teams. Responsibilities include a blend of operational execution, data governance, systems management, and business insights.
You will:
• Partner with the Americas Revenue Operations Leader to drive theater execution and operational priorities.
• Support QBRs/MBRs through analysis, insights, and polished executive ready materials.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline analytics, attainment tracking, and performance reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and governance of key data across SFDC, Tableau, Clarify, and related systems.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting packages for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms.
• Conduct deep dive analyses to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support segmentation, coverage, quota, and territory planning processes.
• Lead process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
• Manage core SFDC data processes, including target loading, field updates and validations.
• Execute UAT testing and training for new capabilities, data fields, or reporting tools.
• Maintain structured reporting and file management across Tableau/Aviso/SharePoint.
• Provide fast, accurate reporting and insights for executive level decision making.
• Manage follow ups, action tracking, and time sensitive deliverables.
• Support onboarding and tool readiness for new hires across the Americas.
• Maintain operations documentation, PTO/coverage tracking, and business rhythm materials.
What You Will Bring
• 5+ years of experience in data management, operations, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and operational capabilities, ideally within revenue, sales, or business operations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau or other BI tools), and comfort building dashboards and structured reports.
• A proactive, action oriented approach, with the ability to deliver high quality work in a fast moving environment.
• Excellent attention to detail in data accuracy, reporting, and process execution.
• Collaborative communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner across Sales, RevOps, Channel, and Finance teams.
• A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance processes and data governance.
• Experience with UAT, quota management, and reporting enablement is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with Aviso, Pigment, or other analytics platforms.

Work Arrangement
Subject to business requirements, this role may be determined to be remote or in a hybrid capacity. If the selected candidate resides within 50 miles of a Nutanix office requiring in-office presence (specifically in San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, or Tokyo), it will require working onsite a minimum of three days per week. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by the hiring manager.
