Key Outcomes & Responsibilities
1. Benefits Admin Systems & Vendor Integration
- Deliver multi-vendor global benefits initiatives on time, on budget, and in compliance.
- Achieve smooth operational readiness with minimal downstream disruption.
- Provide predictable, transparent delivery for internal and external stakeholders.
- Own integrated project plans across vendors and internal teams (People, Benefits, Payroll, People Technology).
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues related to compliance, data integrity, and payroll accuracy.
- Drive execution governance, stakeholder communication, and transition to steady-state operations.
2. Workforce Growth & Planning
- Enable leadership decisions on workforce growth and location strategy.
- Produce clear, defensible business cases balancing cost, risk, compliance, and talent factors.
- Lead cross-functional planning from intake through decision.
- Synthesize inputs across labor markets, HR, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Compliance
- Present scenarios, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leaders.
3. Enterprise Transformation Support
- Rapidly deliver value across shifting People and enterprise priorities.
- Rotate into new transformation initiatives as needed.
- Apply consistent program management rigor while adapting to initiative complexity.
What you will bring:
- 10+ years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-vendor and system-integrated initiatives, ideally within HR, Benefits, Payroll, or People Technology.
- Experience supporting workforce planning, location strategy, or business case development in a multi-jurisdiction or global context.
- Strong program and project management discipline, with the ability to manage detailed execution.
- Demonstrates flexibility and effectiveness across both execution-heavy and strategy-oriented initiatives.
- Solid business acumen; able to understand and integrate financial, compliance, and talent considerations.
- Clear, executive-ready communication skills.
- Operates with high autonomy within defined strategic direction.
- Owns day-to-day execution and cross-functional coordination; escalates risks and decisions appropriately.
