ABOUT THE ROLE

 

In this role you will oversee our Live Casino product & operations. You will be responsible for the roadmap of both our network and dedicated portfolio plus monitoring & improving service levels from our suppliers. Working with a team of live casino team leads and coordinators to achieve your goals, the role includes collaboration with our joint venture partners in Brazil and the BetMGM IP.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Working closely with the Head of Gaming Operations on defining, developing and implementing strategies to improve our product offering and player experience that aligns with the overall business strategy.
  • Monitoring and analysing Live Casino performance data to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous optimisation.
  • Taking leadership on Live Casino expansion projects; e.g. new market entries, new brand launches, new provider launches.
  • Implementing and optimising Live Casino procedures and processes.
  • Being a role model, developing and mentoring a team of Live Casino Team Leads & Coordinators.
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing commercial partners. Including conference and industry events attendance when required (this may include travel and attendance after office hours).
  • Building relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive Live Casino initiatives.
  • Making key decisions and securing early adopter and exclusive game releases from our providers.
  • Conducting competitor analysis in relation to Live Casino offering, positioning, features and similar.
  • Executing regular and ad hoc Live Casino, documentation, analysis & reporting related tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Participate in QBR’s.


 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

 
Essential skills:
  • 3-5 years experience with live casino, ideally in a B2C management role
  • Experience developing dedicated live casino offerings
  • Experience managing stakeholders including C-level
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Supplier commercial negotiation experience.

Nice to have skills:

  • Additional languages such as Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Spanish Brazilian-Portuguese an advantage but not necessary
  • Experience working in Live Casino B2B provider/s.
