ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Casino at LeoVegas Group, you will lead the central strategy, performance, and development of the Casino vertical across all brands and markets. You will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class Casino experience, combining commercial leadership with deep product expertise to maximise growth, player engagement, and long-term value.
This role requires an experienced iGaming professional with a proven track record in Casino, strong commercial acumen, and a detailed understanding of player behaviour and product design. You will act as the Group’s Casino product expert, ensuring our offering is competitive, innovative, and consistently meets player needs. Working closely with local market cluster leaders, you will align global strategy with local market insights to ensure commercial success and player satisfaction.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Define and execute the central Casino strategy, ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
- Collaborate closely with local market clusters to ensure the Casino proposition is optimised, localised, and commercially successful in each market.
- Act as the organisation’s Casino product expert, ensuring decisions are grounded in data, insights, and improving the player experience.
- Work closely with product designers and researchers to build and deliver product improvements, ensuring LeoVegas leads as the best mobile-led and native app Casino product in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to strengthen the Casino proposition and enhance player experience, engagement, and retention.
- Own the Casino content portfolio, managing game selection, positioning, and performance across all sites.
- Lead the development and optimisation of Casino lobbies, ensuring content is effectively positioned and personalised for maximum player engagement.
- Oversee the Casino content roadmap, ensuring delivery of high-quality, market-relevant games including branded and bespoke content.
- Partner with local market leaders to incorporate insights on player behaviour, competitor activity, market trends, promotions, and campaigns into the Casino strategy.
- Continuously analyse player behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Manage Casino supplier relationships to ensure delivery of content that supports strategic objectives and enhances the Casino offering.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Casino team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Represent the Casino function internally and externally, acting as the voice of the player and championing product excellence.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the iGaming industry, focused on Casino.
- Proven ability to drive Casino growth and deliver market-leading products.
- Deep knowledge of Casino games, mechanics, features, and content providers.
- Strong understanding of player behaviours, motivations, and engagement drivers.
- Experience in building and executing product roadmaps across multiple markets.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use insights to inform decisions.
- Strong supplier management experience with a focus on content quality and delivery.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective stakeholder management, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and local market leaders.
- Passion for product excellence and delivering outstanding player experiences.
