ABOUT THE ROLE
LeoVegas is looking for a Director of Gaming Operations to join our Gaming Division leadership team.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Gaming, the Director of Gaming Operations is one of four senior leaders within the Gaming Department, working alongside the Director of Gaming Strategy, Director of Gaming Product & Head of Gaming Engineering. Together, this leadership group shapes the vision, execution & evolution of LeoVegas’ global gaming offering.
As Director of Gaming Operations, you will own the end-to-end operational delivery of LeoVegas gaming portfolio across all brands & markets. This includes supplier management, commercial agreements & product execution across Casino, Live Casino & Bingo. You will be accountable for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent execution & enabling players to access the right content, at the right time, in every market.
This is a highly collaborative leadership role within the Product & Technology organisation - collaborating closely with Commercial Market Clusters, you will ensure both central & local gaming strategies are executed effectively at market level.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Own the end-to-end operational & delivery performance of the gaming verticals across all brands and markets.
- Define and evolve vertical operating models for Casino, Live Casino & Bingo, aligned to Group gaming objectives.
- Lead and develop Heads of Casino, Live Casino, Bingo & Partnerships.
- Shape and execute supplier strategy, commercial frameworks, negotiations & long-term partnerships.
- Partner closely with Market Clusters and P&L owners to align central & local strategies to ensure effective execution of gaming initiatives.
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent content mix and reliable supplier ecosystem across all verticals.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evolve the player journey & experience in line with vertical strategies.
- Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring operational decisions support a seamless player experience.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Extensive senior leadership experience within iGaming, with proven accountability for large-scale gaming operations across multiple brands and regulated markets.
- Deep operational expertise across Casino, Live Casino and/or Bingo, including content strategy, supplier management and end-to-end delivery.
- Strong strategic capability, with experience translating group-level gaming strategy into scalable operating models and market-level execution.
- Commercially astute leader, with a proven track record of owning supplier negotiations, commercial frameworks, cost management and long-term partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
- Product-oriented mindset, with experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to optimise the player journey, content performance and technical delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, matrix organisations, collaborating effectively with P&L owners, market clusters and central teams.
- Data-driven decision maker, comfortable using player insights, performance metrics and market trends to drive optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Strong people leader, experienced in leading senior managers and building high-performing, accountable and engaged teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level and clearly articulate performance, risks and opportunities.
- Sound understanding of regulatory, compliance and governance requirements within regulated iGaming environments.
- Use data, player insights & market trends to drive operational optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear KPIs for operational initiatives & supplier performance.
- Ensure governance, compliance & operational controls across all gaming activities.
- Communicate performance, risks & opportunities clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable & collaborative culture across Gaming Operations.
