ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

We are looking for an HR Business Partner in our Stockholm office to cover for our amazing HR colleague who will be going on parental leave at the end of March. You will become a part of a global HR Team who are all striving towards the same goal, to contribute to the greatest i-gaming experience by ensuring LeoVegas is a great place to work.

 

You will form a part of our HRBP team with a focus on supporting our departments in the Product & Technology organisation globally. This role will report into HR Lead Product & Technology.

 

This position will be a fixed term contract for one year starting end of February/beginning of March with the possibility to be prolonged.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

SUPPORTING OUR LEADERS

  • Supporting our leaders and employees in HR related matters and act as a trusted adviser and business partner to our leaders within your responsible function. Support leaders in employee relations, work environment matters, organizational development and change initiatives. Handle labor law matters, including union collaboration and negotiations.

CONTRIBUTE TO CREATING A WORKPLACE IN WHICH OUR PEOPLE CAN THRIVE

  • You will be a part of a global HR team who all have the same passion, to create a work environment where our people can thrive. Together with the team you will support any ongoing local and global projects for the year as well as collaborate with other internal HR stakeholders. 

PROVIDE DATA & INSIGHT

  •  Work with HR data, KPIs, and analysis to enable fact‑based decision‑making and to guide people strategies and measure the impact of our initiatives. Track key metrics to drive continuous improvement in retention and development for your supported functions. 

SUPPORT OUR ANNUAL HR PROCESSES

  •  Play an important part in ensuring quality and business alignment when it comes to our annual HR processes such as performance evaluation cycle, salary review, talent development processes and other employee engagement initiatives.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • A degree within Human Resources or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience in a role as HR Business Partner
  • Comfortable guiding and supporting leaders of different seniority levels in various HR related matters
  • Strong local labour law knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in English is required as our company language is English
  • Previous experience in tech companies or a fast growing international company is considered an advantage
