Senior Employer Branding & DEI Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE
Drive and elevate the Employer Branding (EB) and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) function within TA, turning it into a recognized, strategic driver of talent attraction and engagement. Build strong stakeholder relationships, design data-driven strategies, and ensure timely execution while maintaining a hands-on connection to operational activities.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
EB & DEI Strategy Development:
- Own the development and execution of a global EB and DEI strategy aligned with business priorities, workforce needs, and EVP.
- Embed DEI principles into all attraction efforts, content, and campaigns.
- Translate data and insights into actionable strategies for target markets, key roles, and critical talent pools.
Stakeholder Management & Advocacy:
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, internal communications, and HR teams to raise EB and DEI visibility and influence.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for talent attraction, ensuring EB and DEI priorities are represented in business conversations and workforce planning.
- Communicate the value of EB and DEI initiatives to leaders and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Planning, Execution & Operational Involvement:
- Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, events, content creation, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in key operational activities to ensure execution quality, especially during early stages or high-priority campaigns.
- Track performance metrics, report outcomes, and iterate strategies based on data insights.
- Monitor EB and DEI metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns, channels, and messaging.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or DEI, ideally in high-growth, tech-focused organizations.
- Proven ability to develop and execute global EB and DEI strategies that are recognized by senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with credibility at senior levels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and improving results.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution and operational involvement.
- Excellent planning, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in building, developing, and leading small teams is a plus.
