About the role

As a Client Director you are responsible for having a deep understanding of your client’s business and challenges. You will work with the client team to unearth & develop business challenges into solutions that will not only drive your clients business forward but also offers commercial opportunity for MediaCom. You will be curious, passionate, enthusiastic and ultimately indispensable to the client and their business.

What will make you stand out

  • Drive the team culture through development of team engagement plan
  • Promote the connections planning process ensuring that it is implemented across all client work
  • Share ‘great work’ - from your team with the wider agency & also from EssenceMediacom with your clients
  • Oversee the complete end to end process of systems planning in conjunction with Marketplace/S&P/SBUs
  • Work with the Client Partner on developing action plans that continually improve performance evaluation scores
  • Go above and beyond to understand your clients brand/products - talk to consumers who have done the same, hot desk from their offices etc
  • Identify, create and convert strategically relevant revenue opportunities for EssenceMediacom’s diversified services
  • Assist the Client Partner to accurately forecast revenue and billings
  • Have visibility on the resource in the team and its profitability – regularly checking staff/cost ratios and timesheet analysis
