We are recruiting a highly motivated and organized Measurement & Analytics Director or Senior Director level, exceptional and driven leader to join our team.

You will be working for one of the world’s best marketers, The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC). OpenX from WPP is in a very privileged position as TCCC’s global marketing network partner, tasked to deliver lived realities and memorable experiences, that we see Integrated Marketing Experience being pivotal to.
As the Data Science Lead, you will be the core influencer to the operation team of digital data and analytics, and tech function across agencies under WPP and TCCC side too. A very good chance for working with different talents to builds on world class data & tech solution for world’s famous marketing brand – TCCC, as well as an opportunity of keep learning by working with diversified experts at this specialise area.  
In your day to day, you will be responsible for verifying requirements, defining data architecture, developing an implementation plan, providing thought leadership for all data solutions, including designing data solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. Through together with team on design & implement data integration and Data Warehouse based solutions using Big Data Technologies.  
Your scope will be deeply rooted in E2E data strategy across channels, which ranges from defining the business centric data to inspire the Experiments @ Scale or learning agenda for TCCC business application in short-term and long-term.  You will be responsible for delivering excellence across TCCC brands portfolio.

  • Understand WPP OpenX’s value position to TCCC
  • Start to build key relationship with key decision markets within client and agency organization
  • An analysed picture and potential data strategic product solution presented to internal key stakeholders (groupm, EssenceMediaCom and Ogilvy experience, etc.)
  • Demonstrated that you are a hands-on, collaborative team leader who is building a culture that understands the power of properly utilized data across the agency.

  • Demonstrates a passionate and deep understanding of 1PD, 2PD and 3PD, leverage data across platforms and channels
  • Understand TCCC portfolio and beverage category to inform strategic and innovative data roadmap to the client
  • Develop strong working relationship with your colleagues across functions, and adapt to agency open-source culture
  • Be a trusted advisor to client and OpenX key users
  • Developing effective E2E mechanisms and holistic framework to collect data, management data and activate One Consumer Platform (OCP)
  • Develop a data strategy playbook and sell in successfully to KO pay fee.
  • Uplift OCP, CRM and performance media output quality validate by agency performance evaluation.
  • Driving awards winning use case of data strategy or martech solution.
  • Assemble revenue base data & tech consulting project
  • Develop training sessions, including but not limit to workshop, playbook or courses to upskill broader team to understand data driven values


  • Connecting the dots of experience, media and OCP and provide a best approach to guide the key function team.
  • Data strategy story telling from reading between lines of data reporting/analysis
  • Consulting of data collection, processing, and application for different use case, include but not limit to performance driven campaign (in-site or out-site EC environment), CRM, OCP, NPD…etc.  
  • Leading martech business intelligence, D2C data roadmap, and dashboard solutions including implementation plan suggestion.
  • Adoption and localization of regional and/or global tools or data solution across GC OU
  • Building of internal capabilities of data strategy, data analytics and data solution products/tools
  • Responsible for driving innovation and new technology topics for TCCC business.
  • On-going thought leadership in relevant industry & category initiatives such as white papers / public speaking / landscape & trend reports / awards judging
  • Collaboration with cross function and cross team specialist to strategies big ideas


The primary reporting responsibility for this position is to the GCM WPP Open X Media Lead. However, reflecting our commitment to agility, flexibility, and adaptability, the role will also have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the GCM WPP Open X Digital Lead and EssenceMediaCom System Intelligence Lead. 


  • Have an in-depth understanding of communication channels and platforms, including but not limited to CRM, CDP, DMP, programmatic, social, EC, new retail and how they interrelate.
  • Familiar with how data could be used in driving business outcome and how business outcome could be measured by data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with evolved present-to-persuade and facilitation skills. Strong analytics skills and can see business implications beyond data
  • Have the ability to demonstrate a depth of understanding of the industry, the client’s business and brands as well as changes to consumer and media in senior level client conversations.
  • Excel at ability to influence without authority but with the organization’s support to ensure that even without authority there is accountability.
  • Collaboration, accountability, persuasive attitudes are critical for this role.
