Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components across a variety of projects. Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement mechanisms and auxiliary equipment required for product manufacturing.
Develop, maintain, and verify technical documentation.
Participate in the introduction of new products into production, as well as in research and development activities and their implementation.
Plan work tasks and prepare technical reports.
Contribute to planning and execution of activities aimed at improving technology and production efficiency.
Lead small teams or projects, providing technical guidance and support to colleagues.
Perform other duties related to core job functions as assigned by the supervisor.
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries will be considered an advantage.
Proven expertise in mechanical design, analysis, and testing.
Knowledge of CNC systems and strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360) and finite element analysis (FEA) tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Good command of Latvian and fluency in English are required.
