QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

We are currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure that incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods consistently meet defined quality requirements and that preventive and corrective quality measures are effectively implemented and evaluated.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, implement, and maintain quality control processes across the organization
Plan, implement, and assess preventive and corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality requirements
Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods in accordance with approved procedures and quality standards
Identify non-conforming products, conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with relevant departments, and ensure implementation of corrective actions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing and production processes to minimize quality risks and recurring issues
Provide quality-related support to the production department, ensuring adherence to established specifications and requirements
Promote a culture of quality awareness, continuous improvement, and compliance with internal quality processes
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
Experience or strong understanding of manufacturing and production environments
Solid knowledge of quality control and quality assurance principles
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
High level of analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
