Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to work in our Men’s and Women’s Grooming marketing department. This person will share in the responsibility of driving growth and generating revenue while partnering with various teams to deliver best-in-class new products.

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with key stakeholders to translate brand vision and strategy into innovation strategy and pillars
  • Utilize market research, product research, product testing, pricing analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Build new product concepts and plans through design, validation, planning, development and launch strategies
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, Creative and Sales, to successfully manage and execute your launch
  • Own the product development timeline and all deliverables therein. Ensure the timely and successful execution of your launches.
  • Partner with Marketing Managers to initiate, manage and track creative process to develop packaging and instructional materials, inclusive of online content.
  • Handle time sensitive responsibilities and communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Set-up new product information in SAP, Salsify and other systems
  • Regularly evaluate the current portfolio and identify opportunities for growth or rationalization. Update previously mentioned systems as needed to manage product lifecycles.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights team to compile and document research & competitive analysis for existing products and categories
  • Monitor existing product sales, inventory and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Asia remotely and, if opportunity presents, in-person focusing on product maintenance and new product development
  • Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Product Management and New Product Development experience
  • The ability to bring new and fresh thinking to help drive new product growth
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, be highly detailed-oriented and provide unprompted follow-through
  • Must be accountable and organized with the ability to handle and prioritize a multitude of projects
  • Strong oral and written communication and excellent computer skills
  • Must be flexible, determined, a team player and possess a positive attitude
  • Expert ability level in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SAP a plus

 Environmental Factors:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (10% if needed)
  • Must be Covid-19 vaccinated.
  • We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the Stamford office 50% of time.
