The Assistant Manager, Social Media for BaBylissPro Tools will play a key role in the growth and development of all social media outlets.  This person will  manage the brand's social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in managing all social media accounts.
  • Monitor hashtags and scout for user generated content across all platforms, and generate weekly reports. 
  • Identify big-picture traffic opportunities on social, and collaborate with the Marketing Teams to bring them to life. 
  • Assist in creating video concepts for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
  • Regularly pitch new and engaging social ideas and concepts. 
  • Assist in gathering monthly analytics across all platforms.
  • Engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages across all brand profiles. 
  • Ability to cross collaborate with marketing and sales teams. 
  • Stay on top of all new social media trends and make recommendations for new implementations. 
  • Develop and issue Social Media Content Calendars for cross functional team alignment and timely execution. 
  • Manage photo and usage budget tracker in partnerships with Sr. Manager and Finance Dept. 

Experience required: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
  • Knowledge of all relevant social media platforms and their analytics. 
  • relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
