Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking dynamic and experienced Client Account Managers (CAM) to lead and drive growth of our Oil & Gas (O&G) sector client base.   Work locations is flexible.   Working with our nationwide business development team and technical leaders, this external facing position will be responsible for O&G sales strategy client account management and leadership for Weston’s existing accounts as well as newly developed accounts.   Responsibilities will include strategy development, leading teams through the sales process to secure new and repeat business, and customer satisfaction.   The CAM is expected to be able to assemble teams that can deliver a wide variety of services to our clients such as remediation, compliance and permitting, sustainable engineering solutions, resilient facility infrastructure, water/wastewater and construction management.   Visit the Weston website for a full list of services and offerings.

  • Develop industry and client-level strategies to grow business and meet emerging needs. 
  • Develop and lead highly performing Account Teams to strategically grow our O&G business portfolio in the wide variety of services offered by Weston.
  • Actively collaborate with the Industrial/Energy business development team and Service Line Teams.
  • Lead Account Teams through strategic pursuits sales lifecycle including prospecting, positioning, capture planning, proposal development, interviews and closing.  
  • Manage client accounts and sales for your team to meet business objectives. 
  • Engage existing and prospective clients on a routine basis to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide senior-level consulting to develop technical solutions for client needs.
  • Develop a positive rapport and trusting relationship with our clients and employees.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships that allow for expanded business.
  • Excellent technical skills with clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

 

Qualifications

 

  • B.S. degree in Engineering, Geology or Environmental Science. 
  • Licensed Professional Engineer, Professional Geoscientist, or other applicable licenses a plus.   
  • 15 years of experience in the environmental engineering and consulting industry
  • Demonstrated ability to create sales and work with team.
  • A working knowledge of variety of environmental and infrastructure services
