Weston is seeking an Emissions Testing Project Manager that must be ready to lead and grow within Weston’s Integrated Air Services (IAS) Group. Projects will focus on clients in the pulp and paper, petroleum production, petrochemical, refining, electric utility, and other industry sectors vital to Weston’s IAS business line.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- AS/BS degree in an Environmental, Physical Science, or Engineering discipline with 7 to 10 years related experience or High School diploma with 10+ or more years of related experience
- Proven experience in managing and delivering quality driven, client focused emissions testing services to industrial facilities in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern U.S. (PA, NJ, MD, DE)
- Experience operating a reference method Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) and Qualified Individual (QI) certifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Ability to work on elevated platforms in outdoor settings
- Understanding of business development needs.
Responsibilities:
- Leading test crews on individual air emissions testing projects
- Mentoring junior staff
- Managing budgets and deliverables for emissions testing projects

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
Salary Range: 62,000-82,700-103,300
