Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager (PGM) to drive growth of our Response and Recovery business in California while supporting growth in other states.  This position will be responsible for strategic planning, client outreach and branding to capture market share in California, as well as programmatically leading project teams during the execution of work. Knowledge of assessment and monitoring services for debris and hazardous tree removal including Stafford Act requirements for FEMA reimbursement and California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) and the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) requirements.  Knowledge in FEMA and HUD direct and grant funding programs, response recovery programs, community debris management plans, public assistance, and hazard mitigation.. This Sr. PGM will be supported by our Disaster Response Organization as well as local and nationwide staff.   This is an externally client facing role as well as internal business leader responsible for building and leading.

  • Leveraging existing capabilities and contracts, develop and execute a business strategy for growth.
  • Developing a branding and client outreach plan.
  • Develop and lead highly performing teams to strategically grow our state and local government emergency response business.
  • Actively collaborate within the company working with our response team and other professionals.
  • Lead the sales lifecycle including prospecting, positioning, capture planning, proposal development, interviews and closing.
  • Develop a positive rapport and trusting relationship with our clients and employees.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships that allow for expanded business.
  • Excellent technical skills with clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking. 


  • B.S. degree in Engineering, Geology or Environmental Science.
  • 10 years of experience in the response business with demonstrated experience for this position.
  • A working knowledge of other environmental and infrastructure services
  • Prior demonstrated experience in a similar recovery role on CalOES, CalRecycle, and/or Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) projects is desirable
