We’re looking for an entrepreneurial data analyst and problem solver to join the integrated strategy team. We’re looking for data leader to help clients identify audience and cultural insights, measure brand reputation, and provide input into campaign strategy and optimization. This person will report to the Global Experience Strategy Lead for the No7 Beauty Company team on the Pharm).


  • Lead approach and analysis of social and cultural trends using social listening and audience identification tools.
  • Design and execute custom surveys, leading analysis of custom data.
  • Understand the latest methodologies and insight-gathering tools in social media.
  • Deliver audience and cultural insights that guide strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data creatively to engage an audience.
  • Recommend engagement or content strategies with audiences based on data-driven social/cultural insights.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences with data.
  • Have a deep understanding of social media, survey data, and audience research.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience with social listening and analytics platform(s) (Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Infegy, Spredfast, etc).
  • Highly proficient in survey design & custom data analysis, with a high-level understanding survey design, sample building, link testing, and survey question logic.
  • Highly proficient in writing Boolean queries for social listening platforms to monitor brand, competitors and other key topics.
  • Experience developing and training custom categories or classifiers.
  • Structure analytical problems, extract and analyze data, and present findings and insights.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to tell a story in an easy-to-digest manner.
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment with different personalities.
  • Contribute to client’s direction and strategy, and influence decision-making based on information gained from deep-dive and ad hoc analysis.
  • Demonstrates expertise in the visualization of data.
  • 7+ years relevant experience with 5+ years’ experience in Market Research, Social Insights, Business Intelligence, Marketing analytics or other highly-quantitative field.
  • Experience working independently and self-managing projects supporting multiple stakeholders.
