Position Description:  
Passport Brand Design is looking for an experienced Social Media + Content Strategist / Connections Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing Digital and Social Med ia strategies on behalf of our clients to improve their marketing efforts. The content strategist will be working closely with the agency’s CSO as well the client service, creative and project management departments.  The successful candidate will also be working on a large client in the nicotine category  
  
Responsibilities:  
  • Monitors/analyzes trends and platforms (general and client-owned) to provide insights on audience and trends that will help inform actions driving further initiatives/content 
  • Guided by business objectives and overall communications strategies, acts as the strategic lead across digital/social marketing efforts including publishing content, channel strategy, calendar management, measurement and engagement 
  • Strategically maps out the best way to craft and distribute content across various platforms and channels (digital/social) 
  • Supports analytics in the development of measurement plans and social listening insights
  • Fosters social media partner relationships to garner best practices and learnings 
  
Qualifications (must haves):  
  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital/Social Media Strategist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
  • Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Outstanding multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
