We’re looking for someone who will:
- Be the lightning rod between Research and Planning
- Work with Planning Leadership on strategies and briefs
- Advocate for people, actual people, for our creatives and clients
- Master a number of secondary research tools to pull quick data for internal teams
- Get out of the office to observer shopping experiences and audience journeys
- Work across a variety of brands
- Influence and inform our creative teams
You’re right for this job if:
- You’re infinitely interested in understanding people
- You’re a natural-born storyteller
- You seem to notice all the little things about people that others might miss
- You’ve got 3-5 years’ experience in an insights or planning role
- You’ve got experience with consumer goods and/or retail strategies
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
