This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the entire logistics and operation related to global merchandising for the company;
  • Handle external merchandise sale as well as fulfilling internal requirements & orders for key clients;
  • Set up the entire structure, processes, product requirements including choosing the right IT infrastructure/ Software solutions, vendors & key partners and will be in charge on implementing and running the daily operations;
  • Own the entire merchandise P&Ls, agree on best possible product & delivery pricing and optimize order management processes for all stakeholders;
  • Own the full P&L;
  • Identify best suitable logistics tool and order management system;
  • Identify key partners & manufacturing suppliers and establish key working relationships;
  • Establish warehouses and stock management partners;
  • Launch merchandising platform / order system to be integrated in multiple websites;
  • Manage a product catalogue that internal stakeholders & external users can order from;
  • Set up internal order management process for all stakeholders & optimize order management processes;
  • Produce forecast of items needed to be ordered;
  • Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels;
  • Set up SLA and ensure all supply chain adheres to set KPIS;
  • Deliver weekly reports / live stock management inventory;
  • Manage budget & report on monthly spent.


Requirements:  

  • 10 years + experience in order management systems & logistics / e-commerce;
  • Understanding of procurement processes & vendor management;
  • Project management / good time management skills, including prioritizing and scheduling;
  • Ability to provide direction, influence others and develop strong working relationships with many departments in the organization;
  • Be proactive, friendly, passionate and energetic.
