This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.
Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and enable effective communication within the team and between different teams;
- Ensure all operational processes are carried on in an appropriate way;
- Improve existing processes;
- Participate in team meetings (daily, planning, retrospective, etc);
- Keep track of running projects and internal documentation;
- Initiate and facilitate a creation of best practices work process;
- Work with relevant certification authorities to ensure all existing and new products meet their requirements;
- Design of the documentation based on certification requirements / test procedures and documentation are inline with above;
- Assist in product testing to prove efficiency and quality;
- Produce reports and records as required;
- Organize information and improve existing processes throughout the company;
- Prepare documentation and participate in /conduct company audits;
- Coordinate communication between the team and the certifying company in the process of product certification;
- Provide support to resolve issues raised in the process of product certification;
- Liaise with other departments in the process of preparing games before certification and during certification process;
- Understand new business requirements and transform them into technical tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Upper Intermediate English level;
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to details;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong PC user;
- Attention to details;
- Multitasking and ability to prioritize work;
- Analytic skills.
Will be a plus:
- Еxperience in IT;
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Jenkins, Gitlab, FTP client.
