ABOUT THE ROLE

YOU HAVE TO ALREADY BE BASED IN UAE
At ARRISE, people are central to everything we do. As an Employee Experience Specialist, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the daily experience of our studio teams — from the moment a new colleague accepts an offer to the day they fully settle into their new life in RAK. Sitting at the intersection of HR, Talent Acquisition, and Mobility, you’ll ensure every employee feels supported, informed, and welcomed from day one.
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Create memorable experiences: Support with coordinating our In house application Moonstar studio events, team activities, and engagement initiatives that reflect our culture and employer brand.
  • Be the bridge between people and place: Support new joiners with the practicalities of relocation — from connecting and knowing how to use the app and to answering any questions regarding finding and settling into accommodation to setting up bank accounts, etc.
  • Lead the onboarding journey: Partner with Employer Branding to prepare and manage onboarding kits, branded materials, and welcome boxes.
  • Ensure that arrivals and first-day logistics are coordinated with the wider team.
  • Deliver engaging onboarding sessions and office tours that help new hires feel at home.
  • Provide guidance on workplace culture, policies, and daily studio life (e.g. dress code, code of conduct, training portals, lockers).
  • Stay connected: Regularly check in with new employees, both face-to-face and online, to ensure a smooth transition into their role and the studio environment.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition: Partner with the recruitment team to ensure all information is communicated to the relevant department, facilitating the integration of Game Presenters and other roles, and providing a seamless experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Handle the unexpected: Be available for employee support, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement: Collaborate closely with TA, core HR, Mobility, and Training teams to refine onboarding processes, feedback mechanisms, and the overall employee experience together with Moonnstar

  • You’re proactive, empathetic, and resourceful — capable of balancing administrative precision with a human touch.
  • You must be able to communicate fluently, clearly, and confidently in English and both in person and in writing.
  • Experience working in HR, Talent, recruitment or marketing together with content creation, marketing and storytelling preferred is required.
  • Previous experience with Moonstar is not mandatory but greatly beneficial.
