About The role

We are seeking a hard working, caring and ambitious HR Administrator to support our growing Human Resources department. You will demonstrate competency in all areas of HR functions on a daily basis. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), updating internal databases and assisting in payroll (e.g. employee annual leave, and sickness days). Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labour laws.

What would you be doing:

  • Organise and maintain personnel records.
  • Assist in HR documents (e.g. employment contracts and onboarding)
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sickness or annual leave)
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules when needed)
  • Responsible for managing any change in employee lifecycle including HRIS.
  • Prepare background checks, ID/employment/education verifications.
  • Ensure prompt responses to Employee and Managers requests/queries in a professional helpful manner.
  • Supporting all new joiners from point of offer to date of commencement, assisting with onboarding and induction.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, keeping them under review to ensure they meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Coordinate a smooth onboarding process, including aligning, IT needs and departmental introductions between the different hubs.
  • Ensure job descriptions and employment terms are up-to-date and compliant with all jurisdictional regulations.
  • Work with Global HR Team to drive and implement different employee engagements strategies to help creating a positive and engaging working environment for our employees.
  • Support office managers in the different hub to ensure we are H&S compliant.
  • You will perform such other duties, functions and services as may from time to time be determined by your Line manager or a member of the senior management team.
